Who am I?

My name is Tyler, I live in Western Australia and I'm 17 years old (as of Feb). I am a student in year 12, my final year of highschool and I'm looking towards uni after school in for computer systems engineering or computer science, living with my girlfriend Jessie and having a part time job to get a bit of side money.

I enjoy music, gaming and making stuff, as the name of my blog suggests.

Favourite genres in music are most, except almost all pop and hiphop.

Favourite bands/artists: Rammstein, I Killed the Prom Queen, Bon Jovi, Robert Miles, Skrillex, Nachtmahr, Deathstars, Green Day, Rise Against, Escape the Fate, Daft Punk, The Prodigy, Birds of Tokyo, Ian Van Dahl, Eluveitie, Falkenbach, Moonsorrow, XIV Dark Centuries, Atreyu, Martin O'Donnell, Dash Berlin, The Bloodhound Gang, David Guetta and too many more to list.

I used to race motocross when I was 12-14 but ended it when I came off and damaged my shoulder requiring surgery. I got into the hobby of rocketry when I was about 14 and I still enjoy it now, although the weather doesn't help as it's been too wet or too dry!

Since I was I can remember I've always been interested in robots and electronics, I used to and still do pull apart heaps of things to see how they work. It was initially the architecture of the circuits that made it so interesting, the little channels of copper in the PCB that connect and travel around like a city.

In this blog I basically want to write about the stuff I make or experience to maybe inspire and give people their own ideas on what to make and how to make it.
